Meet Mark & Christie

Mark & Christie Wesson jumped into the Funnel cake game back in 2012. They decided in 2018 it was time to step into their first food truck. They went to a few food truck rallies in 2018 and noticed there was a need for more desserts. There were too many ice cream trucks and cupcake trucks on the scene, so they opened their own truck and haven’t looked back since. Their dream of serving up delicious funnel cakes from a mobile kitchen was not just about the food, it was about creating memorable experiences for the people of Chicagoland.
