Meet Jacqueline

Owner Jacqueline Kotarba’s adventure in the culinary world started in the warmth of her family’s kitchen, where the air was always fragrant with the spices of her heritage and the laughter that came with shared meals. It was there, amidst the clattering of pots and pans, that she learned the basics of cooking—not just the techniques, but the passion and love that transform simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
As she grew, this foundational experience was enriched by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to explore the vast world of flavors beyond her family’s recipes. Jacqueline ventured into professional settings, absorbing every lesson offered by seasoned chefs and embracing the hard work and discipline required in commercial kitchens. These experiences honed her skills, teaching the value of precision, and the art of creating dishes that speak to the soul.
Yet, the journey didn’t stop there. She became a voracious learner outside the kitchen walls, delving into books, culinary shows, and online courses. The world became her classroom, from bustling street food stalls in distant countries to the refined techniques of world-renowned kitchens. Each new discovery fueled her creativity and inspired her to experiment with flavors, textures, and ingredients.
In this blend of formal and self-directed learning, she found my culinary voice—one that respects tradition yet is unafraid to innovate. Cooking became more than a profession- it’s a continuous journey of discovery, a way to connect with others, and a means to share joy and culture through every dish she creates.
