Chicago Lunchbox was established in 2013 by Tanya & John Nguyen as the first cook on board food truck to offer Asian cuisine. The menu is inspired by traditional Asian dishes from Vietnam, Korea, Thailand and the Philippines with innovative twists that is never short of flavor.
All entrees topped with: fiery garlic aioli, gochajang house sauce, house pickled daikon & carrots, cucumber, red onions, and cilantro. Jalapeños available upon request.
